All I can really say before officially starting this review is "Thank you, E. J. Mellow!" The Dreamcatcher is a novella in Dev's point of view. It's a quick read, but it gives you more insight into Dev's mind. Devlin is an interesting character in many ways. Because of his actions, you sometimes forget that he's not a teenager. He's flirty, quirky, and especially cheeky. Other times he's so serious, you almost wonder what caused such a drastic change. There is definitely more to his personality than what is shown in the current books, but I can't wait until book 3 to find out more. E. J. Mellow is an amazing author.Product details

This is from Dev’s point of view.
We met Dev in the Dreamer. He was the mysterious blue-eyed man who guided Molly through her time in Terra. He was the – literal – man of her dreams. It was this fact that I wasn’t so UGH about a love triangle, because really… right? But this is Dev’s version of that story.
You’d think that it would remove the mystery from the man. Well, you’d be mighty wrong, young grasshopper! He’s even more mysterious to me. He’s more of an enigma, and it just makes me want to know more about HIM and TERRA and all those around them. I’ll be honest, I wanted this story to continue into the events that happened in The Divide. I REALLY wanted his POV of that. But of course that didn’t happen. Especially with how Ms.-Not-So-Mellow left us. GAH! So, if you’ve read the other two books and you were looking for some answers to THAT FREAKING ENDING, well, I’ll go on and dash your hopes and dreams right now. I’ll rain on your parade and I’ll take away your glittering unicorn, because it won’t happen. I will say this is a short read, and you’ll fly through it because holy schneikie, it’s DEV! Le Reowr and such!
Ms. Mellow still has me by the business end with the way The Divide ended and she doesn’t do a daggum thing to change it in Dreamcatcher. That doesn’t make this a bad book. Oh contraire mon fraire! It is most definitely a NEED TO FREAKING READ book. This whole SERIES is on a NTR (Need-To-Read) series. So, yeah, as if I have to tell you…I recommend this bad boy. This broody, hottie McHotterton otherwise known as Dev…I mean…awesome book called The Dreamcatcher by E.J. Mellow.
I loved reading the Dreamland Series though Dev's POV. It was exactly what I needed to hold me over until book 3!
Such an engaging novella, it just satiates your appetite for more dreamer. Can't wait till the last book comes out!

Amazing book, amazing series. The writing makes everything seem so vivid. The characters are like real people.
Get the chance Molly never got - to see the world of the dreamer from Devlin's perspective. Some dialogue is repeated.
When I saw this book was available, I actually yelled "take my money!!" at my computer screen. I am just in love with this series and to be able to see the events of the first book from Dev's POV was just too good to pass up. Although I didn't think it was possible, I actually fell more in love with the guy after reading this. This is a great addition to the series and a whole lot of fun to read while we anxiously await the release of The Destined!
